This is a wonderful easy porridge recipe. It takes literally 10 minutes and tastes so good thanks to the apple sweetness.
Ingredients
1 red apple grated
40g oat
200ml plant based milk (I used oat milk)
1 tbsp almond flour* or almond butter (optional)
*NOTE: I make it blending a handful of almond in my food processor until a fine powdery flour is achieved

Method
In a saucepan add oats, milk, grated apple and the almond flour and cook for 5-8 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary), stirring regularly.
Pour it in a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
