SIMPLE APPLE PORRIDGE in bamboo bowl eco rascals
This is a wonderful easy porridge recipe. It takes literally 10 minutes and tastes so good thanks to the apple sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 1 red apple grated

  • 40g oat

  • 200ml plant based milk (I used oat milk)

  • 1 tbsp almond flour* or almond butter (optional)

*NOTE: I make it blending a handful of almond in my food processor until a fine powdery flour is achieved

Method

  1. In a saucepan add oats, milk, grated apple and the almond flour and cook for 5-8 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary), stirring regularly.

  2. Pour it in a bowl and add your favourite toppings.

  3. Enjoy!
