Last night I decided to make the morning mealtime easier, so here we go with a healthy and delicious overnight breakfast!š
Ingredients:
(for 1-2 portions)
2 tbsps chia seeds
2 tbsps oats
150ml plant based milk (I used oat milk)
3 tbsps coconut yogurt (or any yogurt do you like)
a handful blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional- I didnāt used it)
Method:
Place the blueberries and the yogurt in a blender and pulse until combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover and place in the fridge and allow it to thicken overnight.
Top with your favourite fruits and topping and serve š
