These chocolate oatmeal bars is a quick and healthy breakfast recipe. Naturally sweetened from banana , and you can top with peanut butter, fruits or your favourite topping!
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (smashed)
1/2 cup oats flour
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsps milk of your choice
1 tsp nut butter (optional)
1 tbs cacao powder
coconut oil for greasing
Method:
In a bowl mix well all the ingredients together.
Heat a small non-stick pan over a medium heat and add a bit of coconut oil.
When it’s melted transfer all the mixture and spread it using a spoon until even.
When it’s cooked enough that you can get a spatula underneath without breaking it, flip and cook until crisp.
Cut it in strips or whatever you like, top with your favourite toppings and serve ! 😋😍
