If your kids are cheese lovers and youāre looking for a super easy and quick recipe this recipe is for you! You can use the cheese you more like, from grated mozzarella for a light taste to the cheddar cheese for a stronger cheesy flavour!
Ingredients
70g grated cheese of choice (mozzarella, cheddar etc) - for young babies I recommend using a low-salt cheese such as mozzarella or mild cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp self raising flour (or you can use the flour you like with a pinch of baking powder)

Method
Pre-heat your waffle iron.
In a bowl mix well eggs, flour and grated cheese.
Grease the waffle iron with butter or oil.
Pour the mixture into the waffle iron and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy and golden.
Serve with your favourite toppings or fillings. (You can use the waffles as bread for a sandwich too!)
