CHOCOLATE AVOCADO MOUSSE in glass
Avocado mousse is a healthy dessert for you and your little one! Did you know that avocados are loaded with healthy, beneficial fats as well as almost 20 vitamins and minerals? šŸ„‘šŸ„‘šŸ„‘


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and stoned

  • 2-3 tbsps cacao powder, quantity depending on taste

  • 3 tbsps maple syrup, agave syrup or honey (avoid honey for babies under 1 year old)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tsps milk of choice (I used oat milk)

  • 1 tbsps smooth peanut butter (optional)


Method

  1. Add the avocado,maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, peanut butter and milk to the food processor.

  2. Pulse until very smooth. Make sure the avocado is properly blended in.

  3. Taste and add more maple syrup to suit the taste.

  4. Transfer to 2 serving glasses, top with your favourite toppings and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

  5. Enjoy!
