This healthy Strawberry Tiramisù is a perfect kid’s breakfast, snack or dessert that parents will enjoy too! Best of all, it uses ingredients you probably already have and it’s super easy to prepare!

Ingredients
(serves 2)
250g Greek yogurt or mascarpone (you can use vegan Greek style yogurt)
2 tbsps maple syrup/ agave syrup or honey (avoid honey for babies under 1 year old) - I used @sweetfreedom
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Milk of choice
Biscuits of choice - I used @heinz biscuits
Approx 100g of strawberries, chopped in small pieces (sliced for babies under 1 year old)
NOTE: You can substitute the strawberries with the fruit you more like, for example mango, banana, blueberries, raspberries

Method
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar syrup and vanilla extract. Set apart.
Pour the milk in a small bowl/dish that is wide enough to fit the biscuit in it. Dip the biscuits into the milk and place a few of them in the bottom of 2 dessert bowl.
Spread a few tablespoons of the yogurt mixture over the biscuits and then layer with some of the strawberries.
Top with another layer of dipped biscuits, yogurt mixture and strawberries.
Cover with cling film and chill for at least 2 hours.
