“How do you do oat flour?” is one of the most frequent questions I’m receiving when I post a recipe with oat flour!
Ingredient
oats (you can use old-fashioned/ rolled oats, quick-cooking oats or steel-cut oats)
Method
Pout oats into a blender/ food processor.
Blend until the oats have turned into a fine flour. (ensure that all the oats have been finely ground)
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
