OAT CHOCOLATE “PUDDING” served in bamboo kids plate
This delicious creamy oat chocolate “pudding” makes a really simple but very tasty dessert or breakfast!


Ingredient

  • 50g porridge oats

  • 250ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)

  • 1 big teaspoon of cocoa powder (you can add more if you like it even more chocolatey)

  • 2 tsp maple syrup, agave syrup or honey (avoid honey for babies under 1 year old)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture into a small pan and cook over a medium heat, whisking constantly.

  3. When starts to thicken, continue to cook over medium heat for a few minutes more, adding a dash more milk if it ever becomes too thick.

  4. Spoon into bowls and serve.

  5. Enjoy warm for breakfast or cold for an after dinner healthy dessert!
