SIMPLE BANANA & PEANUT BUTTER PORRIDGE with jam on top served in bamboo plate
A simple but delicious porridge recipe. This porridge was my craving during my pregnancy and who can say no to the best combo ever?!

Ingredients

(1 portion)

  • 40g porridge oats

  • 100ml milk of choice (I used oat milk)

  • 1 small ripe banana, mashed

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Method

  1. In a saucepan add oats, milk and the mashed banana and cook for 5-8 minutes until creamy (add more milk if necessary).

  2. Then stir in the peanut butter and mix well.

  3. Once itā€™s nicely mixed pour it in a bowl and add your favourite toppings. (I love it with some strawberry jam!)

  4. Enjoy!
