Ingredients
1 smashed banana
1/2 cup oat (blended)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp plant based milk
blueberries (cut in half)
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Method
Place 1 smashed banana, 1/2 cup oat (blended), 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp plant based milk, blueberries (cut in half), in a bowl and mix.
Melt 1/2 tsp coconut oil (medium heat)
Pour the mixture and spread
Cook both side until golden
