Are you looking for a super easy and delicious snack? These baby savoury muffins are the recipe youāre looking for! Youāll only need a few simple ingredients and 20 minutes to make these snack all the family will enjoy! They are perfect for a picky lunch or picnics out too!
Ingredients
80g tuna in olive oil or sunflower oil, drained
60g cream cheese or dairy free cream cheese
70ml milk of choice (I used oat)
100g self raising flour
1 tbsp olive oil

Method
Preheat the oven to 180Ā°.
Flake the drained tuna into a bowl, add the cream cheese, milk and the olive oil and mix well.
Then add the self raising flour and mix all together with a fork until completely combined.
Spoon into a silicone mini muffin tin or a greased mini muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until nicely golden on top.
Let the muffins cool down completely.
