VEGAN APPLE & BANANA PANCAKES šŸ„žšŸŽšŸŒ with caramelised banana
Youā€™ll need only 4 ingredients for this healthy, easy and delicious breakfast!šŸ’ŖšŸ» Youā€™ll love it as well!šŸ˜‹

All of the ingredients are pretty common, so you may already have them in your kitchen: apple, banana, oats and oat milk. You only need to blend them and the batter will be ready!

If you havenā€™t oat milk, you can use any other plant milk or water.

To save time, you can make big batches of pancakes and freeze them!



Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 peeled and chopped apple

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup plant milk of your choice (I used oat milk)


Method

  1. Grind the instant oats in a blender.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. (If the mixture is too sticky add a bit of milk)

  4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the batter in a non-stick skillet (or a lightly greased skillet) and cook for about two minutes for each side.

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings!

  6. I served them with coconut oil caramelised banana šŸŒ (I used the left half banana)!


šŸŒTo make caramelised bananas, all you need to do is to:

  1. Slice the banana

  2. Warm the coconut oil in a nonstick skillet.

  3. Cook the bananas briefly on both sides.

  4. Ready !šŸ˜‹
