All of the ingredients are pretty common, so you may already have them in your kitchen: apple, banana, oats and oat milk. You only need to blend them and the batter will be ready!
If you havenāt oat milk, you can use any other plant milk or water.
To save time, you can make big batches of pancakes and freeze them!
Ingredients
1/2 banana
1/2 peeled and chopped apple
1 cup oats
1/2 cup plant milk of your choice (I used oat milk)
Method
Grind the instant oats in a blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
(If the mixture is too sticky add a bit of milk)
Place 1-2 tablespoons of the batter in a non-stick skillet (or a lightly greased skillet) and cook for about two minutes for each side.
Serve with your favorite toppings!
I served them with coconut oil caramelised banana š (I used the left half banana)!
šTo make caramelised bananas, all you need to do is to:
Slice the banana
Warm the coconut oil in a nonstick skillet.
Cook the bananas briefly on both sides.
Ready !š
