VEGAN BANANA FRENCH TOAST ROLL šŸŒ
Easy to make and fun to eat! These delicious French Toast Roll Ups are a creative and healthy breakfast treat for all the family! I filled them with almond butter and strawberries chia jam, delicious! šŸ˜‹

Ingredients

(dose for 4 mini rolls)

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp plant based milk

  • coconut oil for greasing


Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the smashed banana, chia seeds, milk and cinnamon.

  2. Leave it rest for at least 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin.

  4. Carefully cut off crusts.

  5. Spread your favorite filling (or almond butter as jam like me) onto each bread slice, and roll up.

  6. Dip each roll-up in the banana mixture.

  7. Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and pan fry the rolls until all sides are golden brown.

  8. Enjoy! šŸ˜˜
