Ingredients
| 1¼ cups | Carrots, steamed |
| 1½ cups | Self-raising flour |
| ¼ cup | Butter, melted |
| 200g | Carrots, steamed |
| 180g | Self-raising flour |
| 45g | Butter, melted |
Recipe Tips
For babies under 1 year, shape the biscuits into finger-length strips for easier gripping
Method
1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
2
Place the steamed carrots in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
3
Add the melted butter and self-raising flour to the bowl and mix everything together using your hands to form a dough (add a little more flour if too sticky)
4
Roll out the dough on a floured surface or baking paper until about ½ cm thick, then cut into shapes using a cookie cutter
5
Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 12–15 minutes, checking regularly to avoid overcooking
6
Let them cool completely before serving
7
Buon appetito!
